Thank you to all our pinch hitters. <3 Remember that anyone who isn't signed up but is only pinch hitting can leave prompts at our treats for pinch hitters post! This is a great place to look if you're interested in creating treats.
As later pinch hits come due and as I contact some creators with questions, there may be more pinch hits coming. I have four new ones available!
Ideally, these would be due 18 July at 23:59 US Eastern time, one day before our planned reveals date. However, it's possible I'll have to delay the collection opening to make sure all participants are covered, so if you know you can take one of these pinch hits but will need longer than the 18th, please let me know, and we can discuss.
If you can claim one of these, please comment with your AO3 name and the number of the pinch hit you want. All comments are screened.

Coming our FIRST challenge at the end of the month: Hodge Podge! What's Hodge Podge? Well, Hodge Podge is a low-pressure challenge in the new challenge comm Dreams and Mayhem where the fandoms YOU LOVE are all welcomed!
es, that's right! We're a multi-fandom challenge where each week players will fill prompts to score points by writing fics or poetry or even make graphics like icons or wallpapers or moodboards! The choice will be up to you once the game opens and we are underway!
So if you like to have fun and have a fun competition, do come and join us please! Sign-ups are opened July 3rd through July 19th!!!

Official posting will, from now on, go from September 8th to November 30th since we have so many more posters than previous rounds. Emergency posting will go on for the entire month of December, and you will not have to sign up for it, you'll just post when you finish.
Also, with regards to submitting snippets if you don't think you'll finish your fic/art by November 30th: With December now being reserved for emergency posting, you CAN submit snippets for WIPs even if you can only finish by December. However, we strongly encourage you to be upfront with your artist if you're aiming for a December posting and come to a decision on what specific date to (finish) post(ing) by so you don't leave them hanging.

Western Meet and Greet

While researching community activities, I came across the idea of thematic meet and greet events. That seemed like something which might work here, given a membership of several hundred people and a new theme each month. So I made one for this month's theme. It gives people a place to meet folks with similar interests, and to squee about the current theme.
Here is the basic outline. Fill in as much or as little of it as you wish, depending on your interests as they relate to the Westerns Bingo Fest.
